![]() ![]() My primary issue with the stay was security and noise. The shower was a bit dirty, but otherwise, standard Marriott room. First, the rooms are dated, low drop ceilings in the bathroom, etc., but at least the room had updated electronics. Normally, Marriotts deliver consistent service, but this stay was very subpar. All of my usual brand hotels were sold out, so I went to my secondary chain. I was staying business before an early flight home. Gave a 3 because the majority of staff were so nice otherwise it's a 1 in my book. Until Marriott Corp cleans up their household act and treatment of elite guests like such I'd look elsewhere nearby. However, The lady in the morning was a sweetheart. Maybe she had a bad night or maybe a Mets fan? I'd never guess I was in Royals country in this place. ![]() Then placed a bill for one cocktail on my table without comment before we rushed out of there without regret. She said all this without us even mentioning it. The lady the first night we stayed said there was no game 1 on TV of the WS in the club lounge. As a gold member I have accessed many club areas across the globe. Very drab and just a mediocre collection of dated furniture and amenities. This hotels rooms looks like it hasn't been updated since the mid 90s. In addition this hotel is right next to the airport for easy access to and from. I first want to say the wait staff, sales mgr, front desk and maid service were exceptional.
